How are payments taken?

We accept payments through PayPal and credit or debit cards. Payments are securely processed via Swift, and your card issuer authorises the transaction. Once approved, the funds are transferred to us via BACS within 3 working days.

I've forgotten my account password - what can I do?

Don’t worry—getting a new password is simple. Head over to the 'Sign In' page, enter your email address, and click 'Forgot Your Password?'. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. You can also update your password anytime in the 'Account Information' section of your account page.

Can I change my billing or delivery address on my online account?

Yes, you can! Once signed in, click on 'My Account' on the left-hand side, then select 'Address Book'. From there, you can easily edit your billing address or update your delivery address.

Can I amend an order once it has been placed?

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’re happy to help with any changes. Just give our Customer Service Advisors a call on 0141 882 4455, and we’ll sort it out for you.
