Access and Use of the Website
- General Access: Most areas of our Website are accessible without the need for registration. However, some parts may require you to register to gain access.
- Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to change these terms at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the Website following changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
- Website Availability: We strive to keep our Website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary suspensions may occur due to maintenance, system failures, or reasons beyond our control.
Placing and Processing Orders
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our online checkout process. Before finalising your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors. An order acknowledgment will be sent to you via email.
- Contract Formation: A binding contract is created when we dispatch your order. For customised items, the contract is formed once the design/sample is approved and production begins.
- Customised Orders: Full production of customised products only begins once you have approved the design or sample in writing.
- Pricing and Charges: All prices include VAT (where applicable). Any additional charges (packaging, shipping, insurance) will be clearly shown during checkout.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Customised Products: Custom-made products are exempt from the standard right to cancel. Returns or refunds are only available if the product is faulty or does not match the approved specification.
- Sample Process: For orders of 25 units or more, a physical sample may be produced. If you choose not to proceed after reviewing the sample, a charge of £160 applies. Beyond this stage, cancellations or refunds are not accepted once production begins.
- Faulty Items: If a manufacturing fault is found, or goods do not match the approved sample/specification, we will replace the items or offer a resolution. Issues must be reported within 7 working days of receipt.
- Non-Custom Items: Non-customised products may be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Delivery and Ownership of Goods
- Delivery Process: Orders are delivered to the specified address. Delivery times may vary but we aim to meet agreed timelines.
- Ownership Transfer: Ownership transfers to you upon delivery. Once delivered, goods are at your risk.
Product Issues and Liability
- Product Discrepancies: Notify us within 7 working days if goods are incorrect, damaged, or incomplete. We will correct, replace, or refund as necessary.
- Non-Delivery: If goods are not delivered within 30 days and you notify us within 40 days of the order date, we will resolve the issue.
- Liability Limitation: For customised items, refunds are only provided where legally required. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except as required by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
