Returns Made Easy
At Tuff Club Stuff, we want you to feel great about what you’ve ordered. If there’s a problem, don’t worry—we’re here to help and make things as straightforward as possible.
How to Return Your Item
If you need to return something, just make sure it’s in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To get started, drop us a line at team@tuffclubstuff.com. Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll guide you through the process step by step. Please note that items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
For our friends outside the UK, please bear in mind that return shipping may take a little longer.

Damages and Issues
We do our very best to make sure everything reaches you in perfect condition, but sometimes things go wrong. If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong thing entirely, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out for you.
If a parcel is lost in transit, please get in touch no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can help.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s unclaimed, we’ll need to charge for reshipping once we’ve got the right details from you.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and had a quick look to make sure everything’s as expected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and there’s still no sign of your refund, just get in touch at team@tuffclubstuff.com, and we’ll get it sorted.
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges
Since all our products are custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, our size guide is there to help you choose the best fit before placing your order.
Sealed Goods
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items, like face masks, can’t be returned once they’ve been opened.
EU Consumer Rights
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. As everything we make is customised, we can’t offer returns unless something’s gone wrong with your order, like a misprint or a defect.
